All orders are shipped from our London studio. Please allow 14–20 working days for order processing and dispatch, as we take the utmost care to ensure your order meets our highest standards. Processing times may be longer during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will inform you promptly of any delays.
We ship worldwide with DHL, ensuring your pieces arrive safely and promptly. UK orders are also dispatched via DHL. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Once your parcel is on its way, we’ll share tracking details via email, providing a more precise delivery timeframe. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- UK: 2–5 working days
- Europe: 5–10 working days
- Rest of the world: 7–15 working days
Please note that shipping times are provided as a general guide and are calculated from the date of dispatch. These estimates may vary due to customs processing or unexpected carrier delays.
All delivery costs, including customs duties and import taxes, are the responsibility of the customer. The risk for the products will transfer to you at the point of delivery or collection, depending on the circumstances. Ownership of the products will also pass to you at the same time, provided full payment of all amounts due, including any delivery charges, has been received. We understand that international shipping can sometimes come with challenges, and we’ll do our best to assist if any issues arise. However, please note that we are unable to take responsibility for parcels once delivery has been confirmed.

Customs and Import Taxes
For international orders, please be aware that customs duties and import taxes may apply upon the arrival of your order in your destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are outside of our control. Consequently, any customs or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In accordance with UK consumer law, customers are entitled to cancel their order and request a return within 14 days of receiving the goods. This policy applies to both domestic and international orders.
To qualify for a return, the item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, including all original packaging, tags, and labels. Customised, personalised, or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless they are faulty or damaged upon receipt.
If you wish to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorisation. Once authorised, the item(s) must be returned to us within the following 14 days. To facilitate timely processing, we recommend initiating your return and dispatching the item(s) within 7 days of receipt, ensuring they arrive within the 14-day return period. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s) and will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. For all successfully returned items, the refund will be credited to the card used for the original purchase, with deductions for any applicable shipping fees, international taxes, or import duties. As international duties and local VAT/GST are the customer’s responsibility, these charges we cannot be refunded. However, you may be able to reclaim these costs by contacting your local customs office directly.
Please do not send items back without prior authorisation, as this may result in the item(s) being ineligible for a refund.
